Hi there, I’m Aaron.
I founded Winder Law Firm in 2024 with a clear mission: to stand up for injured people with the dedication and care they deserve, because this work is deeply personal.
As a fourth-generation Las Vegas native and part of the first Black father-son duo admitted to the Nevada Bar, I proudly carry both legacy and responsibility. In a state where Black attorneys make up just 2.7% of the legal profession, representation isn’t just symbolic – it’s essential. I’m here to be a voice for the people who are too often overlooked or underserved.
I’m happily married and a father to two sets of twins – yes, double the joy and double the responsibilities. My family keeps me grounded, focused, and fiercely protective. I bring that same energy into every case and every client interaction.
