Dan has practiced law for over 40 years. He is a former district attorney with extensive experience in the Las Vegas legal community.

Mr. Winder was born and raised in Las Vegas. The Winder family has been in the Las Vegas valley for over 70 years.

Along with his son Aaron, he is part of the first black father-son duo admitted to the Nevada bar.
